The Discovery Visit is a brief introductory conversation — an opportunity for us to hear what you are experiencing and for you to assess whether this practice is the right clinical fit.
In 15 minutes, you can describe your health concerns, your history, and what has prompted you to explore structured care. I will give you an honest clinical perspective on whether your situation is one this model is built to address — and if it is, I will outline exactly what the Metabolic Evaluation involves and what to expect from that process.
If it is not the best fit for your needs, I will tell you that directly.
Step 2: Metabolic Evaluation
$595 · 4 weeks · Telehealth
Fee credited in full toward the Metabolic Rebuild.
The Metabolic Evaluation is where we determine what is actually driving your weight, your labs, and the metabolic shifts you are experiencing — before any treatment begins.
This is not a standard intake and it is not a generic lab review. It is a comprehensive metabolic and hormonal diagnostic assessment designed to identify which systems are disrupted, how they are interacting, and what needs to be addressed first.
Your evaluation includes:
a 60-minute comprehensive intake
a full metabolic and hormonal laboratory panel tailored to your physiology
a 45-minute Review of Findings, where I walk you through the patterns we identify and the clinical sequence I recommend
You will leave the evaluation knowing:
what is contributing most to your weight loss resistance
how perimenopause is affecting your metabolic picture
whether GLP-1 medication, BHRT, or other interventions are clinically appropriate
what needs to happen first to produce meaningful change
You leave with specific findings and recommendations you can act on. Those insights are yours to keep, whether or not you choose to continue into the Metabolic Rebuild.
The $595 evaluation fee is not a deposit. The Metabolic Evaluation stands on its own as a diagnostic service with actionable findings and recommendations you keep. If you do choose to enroll in the Metabolic Rebuild, the full $595 is credited toward the cost of the program.
Step 3: Enrollment
At the conclusion of your Review of Findings, we will discuss exactly what the Metabolic Rebuild would look like for your specific physiology — including what needs to happen first, what the next four months would involve, and whether structured care is the right next step.
If the program is clinically appropriate and you feel ready to move forward, enrollment can happen immediately. Your $595 evaluation fee is credited in full, and we begin the onboarding process.
If you need time to consider the plan, that is both expected and respected. Your evaluation findings and recommendations are yours to keep, and there is no deadline to decide. If you choose to enroll later, your credit will still be applied.
