The Metabolic Evaluation is a comprehensive diagnostic assessment designed to identify what is driving your weight loss resistance, the patterns in your labs, and the metabolic and hormonal shifts that have brought you here.
This is not a standard intake. It is not a generic lab review. It is a structured evaluation of your full metabolic and hormonal picture — what is disrupted, how the disruptions are interacting, and what needs to be addressed first.
Every part of the evaluation is designed to give you actionable clinical understanding of your own physiology. Your findings and recommendations are yours to keep — whether or not you continue on into the Metabolic Rebuild.
Your evaluation includes:
- A 60-minute comprehensive intake covering your health history, current labs, symptoms, medications, and metabolic context
- A full metabolic and hormonal laboratory panel tailored to your physiology (lab costs are separate)
- A 45-minute Review of Findings, where I walk you through the patterns we identify and provide specific, actionable clinical recommendations
You will leave the evaluation knowing:
- What is contributing most to your weight loss resistance
- How perimenopause is affecting your metabolic picture
- Whether GLP-1 medication, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, or other interventions are clinically appropriate for you
- What needs to happen first to produce meaningful change

Whether you start with a Discovery Visit or schedule the Metabolic Evaluation directly, the path forward from the evaluation is the same.
Your Review of Findings is where the clinical picture becomes clear. It is also where we discuss what comes next.
For many patients, the natural continuation is the Metabolic Rebuild — a structured program of ongoing clinical care built around the priorities the evaluation identified. If that is the right next step for your physiology and you are ready to move forward, enrollment can happen at the Review of Findings. Your $595 evaluation fee is credited in full toward the Metabolic Rebuild.
If you need time to consider, that is both expected and respected. Your findings are yours. There is no deadline to decide, and if you choose to enroll later, your credit is still applied.
